Chicken Rice
An iconic Singapore dish – tender poached chicken, fragrant rice, cucumber slices and flavourful condiments such as chilli sauce and a tangy ginger and garlic paste create a simple yet savoury delight with rich, aromatic undertones.
Prawn Noodles with Soup
This dish has a richly seasoned broth traditionally made from a stock of pork and prawn heads. The dish is garnished with fishcakes, spinach and succulent prawns.
Bak Kut Teh with Noodles
A beloved local favourite, this hearty meal features tender pork ribs slow cooked in a fragrant broth of herbs and spices. While traditionally served with rice, this interpretation pairs the rich, savoury broth with silky noodles that soak up all the wonderful flavours.
Salted Egg Custard Bun
This crispy custard bun has a piping hot golden liquid centre. The salted egg filling is both savoury and sweet, a delightful surprise for every diner.
Chicken Satay
Skewers of juicy, bite-sized marinated grilled chicken meat, served with a savoury, rich peanut sauce, often accompanied with ketupat (rice parcels), cucumbers and onions.
Chilli Crab Sauce with Bun
An iconic staple of local cuisine, this dish features succulent crab drenched in a thick spicy-sweet chilli sauce, served alongside golden, crispy fried buns perfect for soaking up every drop.
Laksa
Rice noodles and a spicy aromatic coconut-based curry broth are paired together in one delicious bowl, and topped with a variety of ingredients such as shrimp, fish cake and tofu puffs.
Roti Prata
Hot, crispy and fluffy, this flatbread is a Singaporean favourite. Roti Prata is often paired with a spicy curry made of either fish, mutton or chicken, or in some instances, served with sugar.

Tanglin Gin
Experience the essence of Singapore with the Singapore Gin, a unique blend of botanicals such as Kaffir Lime Leaves, Dried Chili Seeds and Kampot Pepper capturing the original range of spices and herbs cultivated or brought to our shores.
Also available at our pavilion is the Singapore Moonshine, a flavourful blend of spices, Ginger, and Gula Melaka, as well as the artisanal Triple Tangerine Mandarin Orange Liqueur, distilled with Mandarin Orange, Calamansi and Kaffir Lime Leaf.
All crafted by Singapore’s first Gin distillery, Tanglin Gin invites all to have a taste of Singapore’s heritage with its innovative flavours which are truly, uniquely, Singapore.
Singapore Sling
Known as Singapore’s national drink, this gin-based cocktail was first created at the legendary Long Bar at Raffles Hotel with a fusion of ingredients and influences from different regions. Its pretty colour comes from Grenadine and Cherry Brandy, topped with Pineapple and Lime juice.
Compendium Spirits
One of the first releases by Compendium Spirits that marked the distillery’s commitment to creating familiar and exotic spirits for all, the Rojak Gin is imbued with a unique blend of Juniper, Lemon Peel and Torch Ginger. This combination mirrors the mixed flavours of the Rojak, a beloved local salad dish sold by Malaysian and Singaporean hawkers.
Also available at our pavilion is the Kopi-O Liqueur, a sophisticated liquor that captures the bold, rich aromas of a traditional Singaporean Kopi-O (black coffee), as well as the Hom Mali Rice Whiskey, Singapore’s first single grain whiskey made using the fragrant Hom Mali rice.
Tiger Beer
Created in Singapore, this iconic beer is now enjoyed around the world. A crisp, intensely flavoured and full-bodied taste, this lager is a reflection of Singapore’s bold and vibrant flavour.
Brass Lion Distillery
The award-winning Singapore Dry Gin is crafted by the Brass Lion Distillery with herbs and spices such as the aromantic Torch Ginger Flower and citrusy Lemongrass to produce a smooth, vibrant spirit that is the quintessential expression of Singapore’s cultural melting pot.
Other gins by the Brass Lion Distillery available at our Pavilion include the Butterfly Pea Gin and Hawthorn Gin, flavours that embody other aspects of Singapore’s unique multi-faceted cultural identity.
